Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Empty contents of bag into an ovenproof dish. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, discard any juices. Pour the contents of the sachet over the meat and spread evenly. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.
