Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200ºC, 400ºF, Gas 6, 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Empty contents of bag into a ovenproof dish. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, discard any juices. Pour the sachet over meat and spread evenly. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Awful product!
Looked very unappetising when opening the package. Once cooked it was disgusting! So much fat and gristle it was inedible and we ended up giving to the dogs as they’re better equipped to chew tough things! Total waste of money. Do not buy this!
Avoid
Awful, fat and gristle, by the time this is cut off there was about enough to fill a table spoon. I wish there was the option to add a photo.

very overwhelming herbal flavour. meat is very fatty and greasy. i couldn't eat this has it tasted horrible.
Fatty and greasy
Unpleasant. Needs slow cooking for longer to be like home made, when the natural fat in this cut melts away. Mint gravy pours as overpowering grease.
Eighty percent fat and gristle
Would never buy and cannot recommend. I’m being generous saying it was 80% inedible. Don’t waste your money.
