Place 80g of frozen mixed peppers in a microwavable dish and add 30ml (2 tablespoons) of water. Cover and cook on full power, stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Stir Fry - From Frozen. 2-3 min
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add desired amount of frozen mixed peppers and fry on a medium heat, stirring regularly.
