Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Warning
When removing cover after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 3 min / 800w 4 min
Place 80g of frozen mixed peppers in a microwavable dish and add 30ml (2 tablespoons) of water. Cover and cook on full power, stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Stir Fry - From Frozen. 2-3 min
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add desired amount of frozen mixed peppers and fry on a medium heat, stirring regularly.

Brown bits and hard inedible bits that arent visible . Wouldnt buy again.

I buy these all the time, its so much easier than having to chop up peppers. Never had any issues with any hard bits etc

Hard bits

The latest pack I bought have loads of hard bits. Having spent quite a lot of time cooking a dish they really turned me off and it went in the bin. Will be buying my frozen peppers elsewhere in future.

Better than expected

Never been a fan of pre chopped and frozen veg, however, these were brilliant. I made the veggie sausage and bean dish that Morrison’s has up abs using these peppers saved no end of time and mess.

Tasty, convenient, good quality & cheap!!!

I love this! Use them for a stir fry, great with red pesto & pasta too. I find them of good quality & they save so much time as no need to chop. Plus they dont get off so I always have fresh peppers ready to use. And the price is amazing.
