Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Safety
Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place on to a grill tray. Place under a pre-heated medium grill and cook for 10 minutes turning once. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Before cooking, add oil to a frying pan and heat. Once oil is hot add the bacon to the frying pan. Fry over a moderate/high heat for 6-8 minutes. Turning regularly through cooking.
