Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Wrap fish in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. Season as required and serve.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 8-10 min
For best results pan fry from defrost
Pre-heat a little oil in a pan. Place portion in the pan and fry on a medium/high heat, turning halfway through cooking. Remove from pan and drain any excess oil. Season as required and serve.

Good cheap white fish
This was perfectly fine and - importantly - excellent value for money. Oven baked beautifully following the instructions on the pack. Only drawback... it tastes of nothing. So next time, we will serve it in a curry as a quick storecupboard freezer meal.

great value!
I did pan fry fish. Frozen white fish, you need to wash and drain well. Then salt, take water off by kitchen towel. Fry flour coated fish with butter. So moist and tasty!

Good for making Fish Cakes
I make fish cakes out of these also have them with home made parsley sauce, basic but tasty.
