Morrisons Roast In The Bag Turkey Crown With Bacon 1.8-2.2Kg

Basted turkey crown with added water, topped with smoked streaky bacon with added water and a pork, sage and onion stuffing.

Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated.
Best within 3 months. Ensure the crown is completely defrosted by checking there are no ice crystals present. Allow to defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 18-22 hours and use the same day. Once thawed do not refreeze.

How to cook:
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.


OVEN FROM CHILLED
180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4
2 hrs 5 min


Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve, do not pierce or open film before cooking. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 1 hour 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully cut open the film above the stuffed area of the crown, take care of escaping steam. Cover the stuffed area of the crown with foil. Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 30 minutes before carving.
