One of the worst ready rolled icings Ive used over the last few years. Impossible to get a smooth finish. Initially sticky when I unwrapped it. Once unrolled left with ridges and wrinkles. Left with ridges on top of Christmas cake that usually isnt an issue with other brands. Styling it out and pretending its snow drifts!
This product is incredibly difficult to handle without it breaking, despite carefully following the instructions. The only positive I can say is that it wasnt quite as bad at breaking as the equivalent marzipan.
I do a lot of baking of birthday cakes and this sheet icing is just as good as any other iv'e used.
I bought two of those for a small cake, its really difficult to unroll it without breaking it - then once rolled and placed on top of the cake its impossible to work the icing sheet around the cake as it breaks everywhere. So i then placed the second icing sheet on top of the first one, and guess what?? Broke again
