Cooking Guidelines
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (800w), 2 minutes (900w). Peel back film lid and stir well, re-cover with film lid and heat for a further 2 minutes (800w, 900w).
Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
Warning
When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.

Very good ready meal
I have tried the three recipes in this range and all were delicious. This one was the spiciest but everything was fresh tasting with plenty of juicy tender chicken. Too much for my appetite so had to share.
Chicken Jambalaya (Protein)
I spotted this on the shelves on a recent visit to Morrisons after their recent store update. It looked really appetising with the fresh spinach leaves and the large pieces of white chicken. I don`t generally expect too much from a pre-prepared meal, but I carefully followed the microwave instructions, making sure that I didn`t over cook it. The smell was amazing when I lifted out of the microwave and transferred it to a bowl. The first taste amazed me, the spices were mild to medium, the chicken was moist and beautiful, the chorizo and the chickpeas really complimented the dish. Most pre-made rice dishes are ruined as soon as they are re-heated, with soggy and unpleasant rice, but in the Jambalaya, the rice was perfectly cooked with still a little bite to it. It was amazing, thanks Morrisons, that was a lovely meal, delicious, almost too much for one person and I can`t wait to try more of your dishes in this range. Cheers

Really nice! But the bowl is so big! it's barely filled to half, why is it so big?!
Re-ordered already, tastes great.
It was not overly spicy but packed full of flavours. There is nothing that I disliked with this meal and am looking forward to eating it again.
