200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15-25 min
Remove the dough from the packaging and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature before using it. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Unroll the dough and leave on baking paper provided, prick the dough with a fork. Add your favourite toppings to the base. Place onto the middle shelf of the oven. Bake as shown or as stated on the recipe. Allow to cool slightly before cutting it.
