Bought this because of the reviews. I have never made anything like this before but it was so easy! Had to add quite a bit of flour as it was pretty wet despite adding the correct amount of water but it turned out so well! Definitely a regular buy for me now!
Far too much mess and effort just to make a pizza with a dull pizza base.
favourite pizza mix base
Our family love this mix, the children enjoy making the dough. Often out of stock online though....
PERFECT CHEAP FOOD
Really no idea why anyone would not like this I make them every week I know exactly what's in my pizzas 10/10
Very popular with all ages, done under 30min
Violife grated original flavour on pizzas.... Mmmmm the cheese was really yummy melted onto passata. I made dairy free pizzas with my 13m old today. Morrison's own pizza base mix is df but not wheat free and is a very forgiving dough (you can rework it many times without it going limp). The only complain is it melts and leaks/spreads outside the base a lot when cooked for the time that the base takes to be done (15min), so we had to make mini ones at about 3 inches wide and bake for 10min only, which is just right for little hands and mouths anyway! The pizza base makes great dough balls too. Just make sure you bake it for under 10min or they go too crispy.
I didn't enjoy this. I mixed as suggested on the packet but the result was a very bland flavourless base that seemed more like a pastry end product than a pizza bread. I wouldn't buy again.
