Ready to Eat; Keep Refrigerated
Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place in a pan with a little water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and press out excess water.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pierce bag in 2 places. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 2 minutes (900w,800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Take care when opening the bag as hot steam will escape.; Steam - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place into steamer. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place into a pre-heated wok on a medium/high heat. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the spinach has wilted. Stirring frequently.
