Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Chilled. Wash before use. Cut into even-sized florets, trimming from the stalk with a small sharp knife. Meanwhile bring a pan of water to the boil. Place into pan of boiling water, cover with lid and simmer for 4-6 mins or until just tender. Drain.; Steam - From Chilled. Wash before use. Cut into even sized florets trimming from the the stalk with a small sharp knife. Place in steamer and steam for 5-7 mins or until just tender.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. Wash before use. Cut into even-sized florets, trimming from the stalk with a small sharp knife. Heat a little oil in a wok or deep frying pan. Stir fry for 4-5 mins or until just tender but still with a slight crunch.
