Sometimes all you need is the very basic vitamins, overdoing vitamins can be worse. These Morrisons multivitamins are just right, and a good price indeed.
I like most, used to get several colds in a year, mostly during winter. Since taking i of these a day for the past 5 or 6 years i've hardly had a cold at all, maybe 2 or 3 at the most. Can't say they've made a difference in other things but for reducing colds they've been brilliant!
If you are middle-aged and female, avoid these. Pay a bit more, as these do not provide you with what you need. I was extremely lethargic and depressed while trying these. Maybe they will be okay if you are extremely vitamin deprived and don't do anything, or are young and your body stores a lot of vitamins.
I've been taking these for 6 weeks and my dry skin is so much better. I recommend this product
I took a chance on these and they work really well, I've even recommended them to friends and family.
Wasnt given much hope for these as they are so cheap, but I was very surprised Ive never felt so good lots of energy , skin and hair feel good too and the prize its a bargain
