Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Scrub gently and rinse well.; Hob - From Ambient. 15-20 min
For boiled: Place potatoes in a saucepan with just enough cold water to cover potatoes in full. Cover with lid, bring to boil and simmer, until tender. Drain well before serving.; Oven cook - From Ambient. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30-40 min
For roast potatoes: Adjust oven rack to the lowest position. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Pour 2-4 tablespoons sunflower oil into a roasting tin and place in oven. Either use whole or cut larger potatoes in half (adjust cooking times accordingly).
Put potatoes into the hot roasting tin, if halved cut side down. Return to the oven and roast, turning potatoes occasionally until tender and golden.; Steam - From Ambient. 15-20 min
For steamed: Place potatoes in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Cover with lid and steam, until tender. Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
