Storage And Usage
Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening.
Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing.
Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated.
Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

This product has been specially sealed to make sure it reaches you in the best condition. As a result, when opening, you may notice a faint odour which will quickly disperse. On contact with the air the meat will take on a brighter appearance. This is a natural process called blooming.

Oven cook - From Chilled
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
Pork Leg/Shoulder/Loin - Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging, including pad. Drizzle with a little oil and season. Place in a roasting tray and cook on middle shelf for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 180°C for remainder of cooking time.
Cooking time (including initial 20 minutes): 25 minutes per 450g or until juices run clear. Remove from oven,cover with foil and rest for 25 minutes.
