These gooey cheesy pancakes can be packed with all kinds of leftover goodies...
For an extra-cheesy take on a savoury pancake, fry chopped mushrooms with a little garlic and oil, heap in grated mature Cheddar and keep stirring until it's melted and gooey. If you have any spare sandwich ham or spinach, add it in. Spoon it into a pre-made pancake, roll it up, sprinkle with a little more cheese and bake it until golden for a real cheesy treat.
