Mince beef and pirk
Not worth the saving, too much fat, don't waste your money. Better purchasing a lean mince.

VERY FATTY
I bought this to make some burgers to fry. Mixing the meat with the onions, a thick layer of fat was left on the sides of the bowl. After frying, the overall flavour was of fat. This might be ok on a slow bar-b-q but in future I'll buy the 5% pork

Dont buy
If you like a pan full of floating grease and fat then buy it but it is the worst mince i have bought in 60 years. Disgusting.

Not great
Use to be ok, but the last lot has bits of ground-up bone/ gristle.
