Preparation And Usage
Wash before use.
Recipe inspiration
Mix together potato wedges with a couple of sprigs of chopped thyme, olive oil, garlic cloves and seasoning. Roast until golden brown.
Cooking tips
Snip thyme with scissors as required.
Rinse in cold water before use.
Add at the end of cooking for maximum flavour.
How to look after your herbs
When you get your plant home, remove the sleeve and place it on a saucer in a sunny spot away from draughts. To keep it healthy for longer, water the saucer not the plant, so it can suck up what it needs.
