Lean & versatile
Used this in a pork cassoulet and it was perfection! Will be trying it in other pork dishes from now on. Tasty meat, lean with only 2 small lumps of fat and soft enough to cut smaller when raw.
We use these to make our family favourite, Somerset pork casserole and have never been disappointed with the quality of the meat or the resulting meal.
A bit cheap tasting and bland.
Tasted a bit wishy washy, watery, and weak. Not worth half the price.
nice and lean..
good for pork balls as not greasy as well as kebabsor casseroles
Extremely lean and tender
I bought this to make a casserole and it was lovely, really tender and lean with no fat or gristle and great value
Not fatty and great for any pork dish, I use this in the slow cooker frequently
