Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen.

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 64-70 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, removing the film lid for the final 30 minutes of cooking time. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 35-40 min
