Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour 50 min
Pre-Heat your oven as shown. Remove from the fridge for 20 minutes before cooking. Remove film wrap, leave the turkey in the foil tray, pour over the stock baste and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove foil. Return to the oven and cook for a further 20 minutes. Baste occasionally. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 15-30 minutes before carving.

- Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
- Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.
- Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.
