Place the lamb loin chops under a pre-heated hot heat grill for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Reduce heat to medium and fry the lamb loin chops for 6 minutes, turning frequently and ensure they are fully seared on all sides. Rest for 2 minutes.
