How to prepare
Open pack and measure one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee beans for each cup required into your coffee grinder. Grind coffee fine for filter coffee makers and follow manufacturer's instructions, or medium coarse for cafetières. Add off-the-boil water and allow to brew for 3-4 minutes before plunging. Adjust according to taste.
