Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve, film lid and sauce sachet. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, stir well then pour contents of sauce sachet over the mixed ingredients and return to oven for a further 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.
