Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve, film lid and sauce sachet. Place the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven, pour contents of sauce sachet over the chicken, return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.
