I used this to make carbonara sauce and it blends really well, tastes great.
Only downside is (unrelated to the actually product) sometimes I forget what it's called and it doesn't appear when I search cheese, if Morrisons could add the word cheese to the title it would be much appreciated! Haha
Doesn't taste artificial or chemical at all! The smell also isn't too sickly, so I was able to make my pesto without feeling too horrid about using the cheese! It made a beautiful pesto, though. Will definitely buy this again, when making another jar.
Great quality for the price. I always buy it to use in a wide variety of recipes, like carbonara sauce or pao de queijo, for example. Gives a really nice parmesan and salty taste to food, just like it's supossed to. You can tell it's good quality just by its yummy smell.
Unfortunately we had to dispose of this item. It has a strange chemical taste, possibly from the packaging? Such a shame as I am a big fan of morrisons products, hopefully this was a one off
