Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
220ºC, Fan 200ºC, Gas 7, 35-40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film. Remove sachet of potato flake and place to one side. Place product in centre of oven. Cook for 5 minutes. Tumble potatoes in the melted goose fat. Open potato flake sachet and sprinkle evenly over the potatoes. Mix well until the potatoes are coated with the flake. Return to oven.
Cook for 35 - 40 minutes until potatoes are crispy and golden brown in colour.
For best results baste and turn potatoes over midway through cook time. To serve - Remove from the tray into serving dish and sprinkle over excess crispy flake pieces.
