Barbecue - From Chilled. Cook as per oven/grill instructions then immediately place onto a pre-heated barbecue until browned, turning frequently to give chargrilled effect.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Wrap the ends of the skewers in foil. Carefully place the koftas under a pre-heated, medium-heated grill for 10-12 minutes turning frequently.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5.
