Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Pre-heat your oven as 190ºC/ Fan 170ºC/ Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place gammon joint on to a foil lined baking tray and gently cover the gammon with another piece of foil to create a parcel. Cook for 1 hour. Remove from the oven & remove the foil, discard juices and top with honey glaze and return to the oven for a further 30 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before carving. Carve and drizzle remaining juices over the meat and serve.
