Not as good as it used to be!
We have been buying this product for years, at first it was very good. Now it's very unusual if we get one reasonable box, they either have barely any raisins, or bananas or nuts in! We may as well just buy flakes!
Lack of fruit
This should just be called fibre hardly any fruit or nuts, would not recommend
much better than the other brand alternatives in terms of fruit and value for money
70 g of sugar.. No thanks!
so it says 100 g of this cereal has 70 g of sugar. That's more than 17 teaspoons of sugar. I hope that's a mistake??
Add nuts and seeds
I always buy this. It's A£1.32 cheaper than the equivalent branded item, so use it as a "base". I like to supplement it with my own dried fruits, nuts and seeds that I can buy with the AA£1.32 I save on each box, to make it suit my own tastes!
