Preparation And Usage
Recipe Inspiration
Mix together lamb mince, crushed garlic, a handful of chopped rosemary and salt and pepper - and mould into burgers. BBQ or grill them and pair with tzatziki for a Greek spin on these classic burgers.
Good to know
Lock in flavour by freezing. Place chopped washed sprigs flat on a tray to freeze quickly. Once frozen can be transferred to a freezer bag. Use straight from frozen.
