Cook crushed garlic and chillies together, take off the heat and mix with olive oil and chopped flat-leaf parsley. Toss through cooked spaghetti and serve.

Lock in flavour by freezing. Put finely chopped washed leaves in a freezer bag before freezing. Use straight from frozen.
