Melt half a cup of butter with two tablespoons of finely chopped chives and a squeeze of lemon. Season and pour over gnocchi or fish.
Good to know
Lock in flavour by freezing. Put finely chopped washed leaves in an ice cube tray and top up with water or olive oil before freezing. Use straight from frozen.
Must wash before use.
