1. Use 1 litre of boiling water for every 75g of dry pasta.
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Add pasta, bring back to the boil.
4. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11-13 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and drain.

sticky and mushy, disappointing.
Turns to mush
The last 3 bags of this pasta have turned to mush when the are cooked in the same way a lit of gf pastas do. Morrisons pasta used to be the best for retaining its shape when cooked.
Very easy to use
They are a perfect replacement for wheat pasta.
As far as gluten free pasta goes, this one is delicious! I have had every brand on the market & made my own, but this own label product is ranked right up the top of the list! Well Done Morrisons
