How to Create Your Own Festive
Gingerbread House
1 Massage the icing tubes before you start to assemble the house, to soften and aid the flow of icing.
2 Lay out one end panel wall and pipe icing lines on the reverse side of the biscuit. Attach a side panel to the icing line using the clear tray to help hold the biscuit in place.
3 Repeat the previous step with the other end panel and side panel so you have all four walls iced together.
4 Pipe down the reverse sides of the front and back roof panel, then add the roof section.
Do this one roof piece at a time, then pipe a line across the top to hold it securely in place.
5 Follow the scalloped tile indents on the roof and the window and door indents on the side panels to decorate your house.
6 As you pipe each section, decorate with the beads, icing, festive snowflakes and sugar decorations.
