Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place directly into the microwave. Heat on full power for 4 minutes (900w), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 30 minutes.
