Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Not suitable for microwave cooking or cooking from frozen.
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4. Remove all packaging. Season the kidney. In a heavy base pan, fry and brown the kidney over a medium to high heat. Place in an oven proof dish cover with stock and add seasonal vegetables. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 2 1/2 hours.
