Peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 2 minute (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. All Mine!
I'm the only person in our house who likes Colcannon so I sometimes buy this if I fancy it. I'm perfectly capable of making it from scratch but would never go to all the trouble just for me, so this is perfect! Really nice :)
Lovely mash!
I've just finished a plate of this mash and it was absolutely delicious! A small sprinkle of black pepper was all it needed. Superb with chicken and mushroom pie. This will be a regular purchase.

Lovely flavour and very convenient,once microwaved I add a small amount of butter and give a good mix and it’s lovely
Too peppery and hard now.
Used to really like this but I think they have changed the recipe. You didn't used to be able to taste the pepper but now you can, also, it now contains cabbage stalks not cabbage leaves and the potato is harder than it used to be. Why change something that was good.
Fishy
Im not sure why or how but the colcannon had a really strong flavour of fish! The package was sealed tight, so I wouldn't have said anything could have leaked and contaminated the potato, so it must have been during the cooking and/or packaging process. It wasn't just a hint of fish either, this was full blown, in your face..fish! Never again
