Do not wash poultry before cooking. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20-25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, turning occasionally during cooking.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 min
Remove all packaging. Heat 1x15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add chicken and stir fry continuously.

Great!
I love these for cooking as I have a real aversion to chopping chicken. I literally slice down the middle once or twice for long strips in fajitas, or chop into lumps for pasta dishes etc. Never experienced fat or gristle as the other reviews, and I've been buying these nearly every week for at least a year.
lots of gristle
Hopefully with another grisly gristle review, this cut will be improved as the chicken itself was fine. Unfortunately, hadnt spotted it before it went into the dish which spoilt an already poor bit of cooking on my part!
Very Poor Product
I bought these as they were on offer three for £10. To be honest, I wish I hadn't as I spent over an hour trimming away fat and gristle from the chicken. Resulting in a great deal of waste. The remaining chicken was edible. However, all this trimming should have already been done. Certainly, I would not buy again .
