Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30-35 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove all packaging. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of the oven, turning occasionally during cooking.
Safety
Do not wash poultry before cooking. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

Not salty
Lovely, tender chicken fillets. Some people blame certain foods for their bad cooking. Nothing at all wrong with these.

Terribly tasty
I had slow cooked the chicken to make a curry, tasted horrendously salty.
