Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn occasionally through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place chicken steaks in the pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.

I'll give these 4 stars as some are abit too over seasoned to the point they will make u cough,but besides that they r nice.

enjoyed these
Really tasty, quick to cook, tender. I cooked them quickly on my airfryer grill on medium. Only slight problem is that, although there were four pieces, they were very different in size/thickness so needed different cooking time. Also had to divide large piece to even out servings.

Thought Id give these a try. Not disappointed. Really tasty and tender. Dont take long to cook. Will buy them again.
