Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Frozen. 3-4 min
Add 400g of frozen button sprouts in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer as shown or until tender. Drain and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 3 min

Place 80g of frozen button sprouts in a microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat as shown, stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Steam - From Frozen. 7 min
Bring steamer to the boil and add 240g of frozen button sprouts. Steam as shown or until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry.
