Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Check that the product is piping hot throughout, and the juices run clear before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Not suitable for microwave cooking. For best results please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 50 min
Pre-heat oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film lid. Leave breast joint in the foil tray. Place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Baste occasionally. Once cooked remove from oven and cover with clean foil. Leave to rest for 30 minutes before carving.
