Add a handful of coriander to noodles and vegetables along with a splash of soy sauce and lime juice to liven up a stir-fry.

Lock in flavour by freezing. Put finely chopped washed leaves in an ice cube tray and top up with water or olive oil before freezing. Use straight from frozen.
Must wash before use.

Value for Money for supermarkets, but...
... I found fenugreek leaves mixed in. not unusual when you buy 3 fir a £1 of the big bunches at Asian supermarkets but for the supermarkets I do expect better. but it's getting harder to find bunched coriander these days in supermarkets, all you find it a knotted mess of skinny wilting leaves, so this, wrapped in kitchen towels in a air tight will last, once picked through, to remove non-coriander and bits of yellow and wilting scraps which go bad very quickly
Tastes like soap
I have bought this regularly for years, always had a fresh citrusy taste, now it seems Morrisons have switched variety and it tastes horrible.
Wish I bought the 2 for deal
This was a really good buy, just wish I had bought the 2 for deal but I wasn't expecting much, as its not in season at the moment. However the bunch of coriander was fresh and after washing found a good usable product which will add to my curries and other dishes. Recommend and will buy again
Lovely flavour
Nice size bunch you do get plenty I got some weeds in the last two bunches I dont know what they were but I ate them as well
Needs careful checking and washing!
Lots of non-coriander leaves mixed in with mine- had to painstakingly pick through them to ensure all were removed as wasnt sure what they were and if they were edible. Often exceedingly muddy too. However flavour good and good proportion of leaves to stalks.
split it up
I split this up. wrapped a few stems in kitchen roll, put into a airlock bag and put in the fridge. lasted me 2 weeks. brilliant.
