Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Frozen. 4-6 min
Add 400g of frozen sliced carrots in 4-6 boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer until tender. Drain and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 5 min, Cat D 750w 5 min 30 sec
Place 80g of frozen sliced carrots in a microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat as shown, stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Steam - From Frozen. 8 min
Bring steamer to the boil and add 240g of frozen sliced carrots. Steam until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry.
