Place under a pre-heated medium-heat grill for 14 minutes, depending on steak thickness, turning frequently.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10 min
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying pan over a high heat. Place steaks in a frying pan, once brown reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes depending on steak thickness turning frequently.

So not impressed
I have to do a review on this as I'm just so disgusted by what's being sold! yes there are 4 pork chops but my good it's hard to call them pork chops. more like a slice of pork X 4!! these chops are disgusting thin. I'm not joking there about 5mm thick!!! it takes AT LEAST TWO CHOPS to make 1 we used to get!! this is just a rip off and I'm disgusted Morrison who boast about the meat selection have the balls to even sell these slim things!!!
3 not 4 and very thin
Thought there would be 4 in a pack but there were 3 and they are thin and fatty in the middle.

What the actual hell! Nothing like the picture and thats before I cooked them there was one thick weird shaped one and the rest were what I can only describe as bits , which then shrunk to f all once cooked ruined dinner was well annoyed , I took a pic but cant upload one , apart from the small but thick one I had to put the rest of it in a flatbread with mayo and didnt have to cut them up , didnt read the reviews with sh I did!
bacon not pork
These are bacon steaks not pork steaks. Very salty. Did not go well with veg and potatoes and gravy. Better as a breakfast with eggs and hash browns. Change the description and the would be ok(if you like salty bacon)
