Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Please remove all packaging before cooking/ defrosting.
Remove from packaging and heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Once pan is very hot fry the steaks for 1 mins each side for rare, 2 minutes each side for medium and 3 minutes each side for well done turning frequently. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
