VERY CHEWY!
Have tried these a few times now, bought on 3 for £10 offer but won't buy again now. Very tough, difficult to cut even with a 'steak' knife and very hard to eat, whether pan fried or cooked slowly in the oven!

Shards
The bones were in shards. Not safe for stews or soups. Had to cut the meat off and clean it.

Good chops, if cooked correctly.
Never had a single bad one. I cook in olive oil and butter and always soft and easy to eat with plenty of flavour.

First time and last time I have bought these. Very chewy and little of the chop was edible
