Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate in the microwave and cook on full power for 7 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Partially peel back film and stir. Re-cover and continue on full power for a further 6 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w), 7 minutes (Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid and stir before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 8 min 30 sec, Cat D 750w 9 min
